FAQs

Before you begin.

Short answers to common questions about diabetes reversal, medication safety, consultation and program readiness.

Can Type 2 diabetes really go into remission?

For many people, yes. Research shows remission is possible when weight, insulin resistance and the metabolic environment improve deeply enough. It is not guaranteed for everyone.

Do you promise a cure?

No. We do not make casual cure promises. We work seriously toward measurable metabolic improvement and remission where possible.

Can I stop my medicines after joining?

No one should stop diabetes medicines or insulin suddenly. If sugar improves, medicine changes must be handled with qualified medical supervision.

What makes this different from general diet advice?

The work is structured and therapeutic. It includes food rhythm, movement, sleep, stress, digestion, education, tracking and accountability, not vague advice to eat healthy.

Who is this for?

People with Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, excess weight, sugar instability or stress-linked eating patterns may benefit from a consultation.

What should I bring to consultation?

Recent HbA1c, fasting sugar, post-meal sugar, medicines, weight history, food routine, sleep pattern and any doctor advice you already follow.

Still unsure?

Start with a consultation. We will help you understand whether the program, store tools or another step is appropriate.
