Flagship program
A structured six-month journey that brings together naturopathy, yog, plant-based nutrition, meditation, acupressure, habit science and small-group accountability to support sustainable diabetes reversal from home.
Six pillars work together as one coordinated system. Click any pillar to see how it contributes.
Small-group accountability
Every participant is placed in a small group of five. Your care team provides guidance, while the group creates trust, accountability and encouragement. In a cohort of five, your presence is noticed, progress is shared, and weekly check-ins add structure on top of peer support.

Tracking progress
Daily time commitment: around 1 hour 15 minutes a day covering yog, meditation, naturopathy and acupressure practices combined.
Primary marker: HbA1c reduction, the gold-standard measure of long-term blood sugar control.
Secondary markers: weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, sleep quality, medication needs and participation in your accountability group.
The phases, pillars and practices represent a general roadmap. The specific practices followed on any given day may vary based on individual needs, progress and guidance from your care team.
If you are currently on medication for diabetes, particularly insulin or other glucose-lowering drugs, consult your prescribing doctor before starting. Medication needs may change and should always be managed under medical supervision.
